E-commerce for streamers · Twitch & Kick

Your merch. Your brand. My agents run everything else.

You stream — your store sells, ships and answers your fans automatically. I build a premium store in your name, my AI agents run the whole operation, and the money lands straight in your own account. No inventory, no cut of your sales, no second full-time job.

Why

Merch is one of the best incomes a streamer has. Running the store is a full-time job.

Generic platforms

Most merch tools hand you a template that looks like everyone else’s — and take a slice of every sale. Your brand deserves better than a stock page.

All the work lands on you

Orders, shipping, "where’s my package?", returns, sizing questions — they arrive around the clock while you stream, sleep or live. It quickly becomes more than you can carry.

Inventory and risk

Buying shirts upfront and hoping they sell? That’s money and closet space you shouldn’t have to risk.

The process

How it works once you sign up

  1. I build your store

A premium store in your brand — your logo, your colours, your own domain. Not a template. You pick the products, I build it, and you approve before it goes live.

  2. We connect Stripe and printing

You connect your Stripe account (the money goes straight to you) and I connect print-on-demand. No shirts upfront — everything is printed only once a fan buys.

  3. You drop your merch

Put the link in your stream, your chat, your bio. Your fans shop in a store that feels like you — in seconds, from their phone.

  4. The agents take over

A fan buys at 02:13. The order agent confirms, the fulfilment agent sends it to print, the shipping agent tracks delivery and the support agent answers every question — without you lifting a finger.

  5. You keep streaming

Everything lands in your panel: sales, payouts, what the agents did. You decide what runs automatically and what you approve yourself. Payouts go to your account.

Talk to the agent — for real

Type like one of your fans. This is the same kind of agent that would answer customers in your store — no script, no canned answers.

Hey! I'm the store's support agent. Ask me about your order, shipping, sizes, swaps or payment — just like one of your fans would.

Answers your fans around the clock

Sizes, swaps, "does it ship to my country?" — the support agent answers in your store’s voice in seconds, around the clock. The one you can test above is the real thing.

Fan: "Does the hoodie run big or normal?"

Re: hoodie sizing

Hey! The hoodie runs true to size, so grab your usual. Want an oversized look? Size up one step. Say the word and I’ll send the size guide! 🖤

🔁

The returns agent

Exchanges and returns within your policy

Wrong size? The agent starts an exchange and creates a prepaid return label automatically. But a refund over your limit is always held for your approval — money never moves without your yes.

Fan: "The hoodie was too small, can I swap?"

Exchange to size L started

Sorry it came out too small — we’ll fix it! Since it’s within the 30-day window I’ve started an exchange to L and emailed you a prepaid return label. Prefer a refund instead? The team confirms it within 1 working day.

Thanks for repping the channel! If you love it — drop a quick line, it means everything for a small drop. And keep an eye out, the next drop is coming soon. 👀

The trust

It’s your store. For real.

🎨

Your brand, not mine

Your logo, your colours, your own domain. Nowhere does it say "built by someone else". Fans buy from you.

💳

The money is yours

Stripe Connect pays out straight to your own account. I never hold your money and take no part of your sales — a flat fee, nothing else.

📦

No inventory, no risk

Print-on-demand prints and ships only after someone buys. You never pay upfront and never get stuck with unsold merch.

You stay in control

Anything touching money or judgement — refunds over your limit, an angry message, a "package never arrived" — is held for your approval. The human-in-the-loop is a feature, not a gap: it’s how the store stays safe and sounds exactly like you.

The comparison

Where this fits

There are three common routes to streamer merch. Each makes you give something up. This is the fourth.

Pricing

Pick your level

No percentage of your sales. Agencies take 12–20% of every sale — I charge a small flat fee per shipped order instead, the same whether you sell a 200 kr tee or an 800 kr hoodie.

Print and shipping cost (print-on-demand) is at cost and deducted per order — you set your own markup.

The money lands in your own Stripe account. Stripe’s processing fee and the print cost come out before profit — just like any store. Payouts begin once Stripe verifies your identity (a one-time onboarding step).

6-month minimum term (protects the build). Prices excl. VAT; 25% VAT applies from 2026-07-30.

FAQ

What you’re wondering before you reach out

Whose store and money is it?

Yours. The store is in your brand on your domain, and sales settle directly into your own Stripe account — they never pass through me. Your business name is on the customer’s statement, you’re the seller, and you control your payouts. Stripe’s fee and the print cost come out before profit, like any store.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No. A setup fee, a monthly fee and a small flat fee per shipped order — never a percentage of what you sell. Agencies take 12–20% of every sale; I don’t.

Do I have to buy inventory?

No. Everything is printed on demand and shipped straight to the fan. You never pay anything upfront.

What can I sell?

Hoodies, tees, caps, mugs, posters, stickers — most things print-on-demand offers. Want something special? We sort it.

How fast do my fans get their stuff?

Figure 2–5 working days in production and then 3–7 days shipping depending on the country. The fan gets a tracking link automatically.

Who handles printing and shipping?

A print-on-demand partner: Gelato by default (production close to the customer in the EU/Nordics — faster, no customs hassle), Printful for a premium feel. My agents validate each order, dispatch it automatically and track it. The agents don’t print or ship themselves — they run the flow so nothing gets stuck.

What if a fan has a problem?

The support agent answers around the clock on sizing, swaps and delivery — in your voice. Anything it can’t solve is passed to you.

Do I have to approve everything?

You decide. Want everything to run automatically? It can. Want to approve emails and campaigns first? That works too — you see it all in your panel.

Will it really feel like my brand?

Yes. Your logo, your colours, your voice, your own domain. It’s a site built for you — not a template a thousand others share.

Is this already running?

The support agent you test on this page is real. The store itself I build for you once you sign — this page shows exactly how it will work.
