None of this is sold by the piece. The plan decides which parts your business needs — and which can wait.

  • A website you run yourself

    Fast, found on Google and built to be changed from your phone. Opening hours, menus, news, staff and campaigns are yours to edit — without calling anyone.

  • Loyalty club and campaigns

    Members who recruit friends, campaigns with a reward on site and a weekly newsletter written from the week’s programme. You read through and approve, then it goes out.

  • Ordering and booking on your terms

    Pre-orders paid at pickup, table booking, takeaway or events with sign-up — with rules that follow your opening hours and capacity, not the other way round.

  • AI that writes the drafts

    Replies to customer emails with the right facts and a suggestion for more, reminders, texts for news and newsletters. Always drafts, always with your ok before anything is sent.

  • A panel for your day-to-day

    All of the above comes together in a panel built for your business, not a generic admin. What needs printing gets printed, what needs totalling gets totalled.

  • Operations and monitoring

    I host, monitor and keep everything up to date. If something breaks I notice before you do. You own the code, the domain and the data — all the way.

How it works

A fixed price before I start. Paid when you are happy.

  1. Call

    30 minutes, free. I look at how you work today and tell you honestly what is worth doing — sometimes the answer is "keep what you have".

  2. The plan

    I draw the solution together with you: what should leave your desk, what AI should handle and what should be visible. You get a fixed price before I start.

  3. The build

    Half the setup is invoiced at the start. You follow the build on your own link and try things yourself in the panel as it takes shape.

  4. Walkthrough and operations

    We go through everything on site, you approve, and the remaining half is invoiced. Then I run the operations and you run the content from your phone.

What it costs

Setup from 20 000 kr excl. VAT.

The price is fixed in the plan before I start, based on what is to be built. Half the setup is invoiced at the start and the rest after a walkthrough and an approved result. Operations are invoiced monthly, and that cost depends on how much AI should work for you — it is in the plan too. No hourly billing, no hidden fees.
