Case study: an AI-native website for Svensk Filterservice
My first client build: a brand-new AI-native website for Svensk Filterservice, a Swedish ventilation and sports-flooring company. Here is what they needed, what I built, and how it works — no inflated numbers, just what is actually in place.
The starting point
An established trade business with real expertise but a web presence that didn't reflect it. Like many smaller companies, the knowledge lived in someone's head and on the phone — not on a site that works for them around the clock. Enquiries risked falling through the cracks, and there was no easy way for a new customer to understand what the company does and get in touch.
What I built
- A brand-new, modern website — built from scratch, fast, mobile-friendly, and structured so Google actually finds it.
- Built-in AI chat that can answer common questions about the company’s services, so a visitor gets help immediately instead of waiting for a callback.
- A simple path to contact — clear routes for a customer to reach out, so fewer enquiries are lost along the way.
- Agents in the background — automation that keeps an eye on the site and summarises what happens, so the owner is freed from the admin.
How it works for them now
The company now has a site that presents them the way their work deserves, a chat that answers even when the phone does not, and automation that handles the admin in the background. They own everything — the code, the domain, and the data — and have one person to contact when something needs changing.
Why this is what I do
This build is the template for how I work with small businesses: a new AI-native site at a fixed price, with AI baked in from the start and operations included — not a website with a chat button stuck on. Want to see what it would mean for your business? The numbers are listed openly under services, and you can read more about who is behind it.
Frequently asked questions
What does an "AI-native" website mean?
That AI is built in from the start rather than bolted on afterwards — a chat that knows the company’s services, automation that handles admin, and a site built to work for you around the clock. The difference from an ordinary website with a chat button is that the whole thing is designed around taking work off your plate.
Do you only build for certain industries?
No. This case is in ventilation and sports flooring, but the same setup fits most small businesses that want a modern site and to stop missing enquiries — trades, clinics, service firms. The need is the same: be seen, respond, and cut the admin.
Does the client own their website?
Yes — fully. Code, domain, database, and customer list belong to the client. You are never locked into my platform, and if we ever stop working together you get a clean handover.
